Hi, my name’s Patricia. I’m a 42 year old stay at home mom living in Fall Creek Indiana and I've struggled with my weight for most of my life.
Recently, my friend Judy told me about this simple little fat loss method she read about in a woman’s magazine. When she told me what it was, I was very skeptical.

For the first time in my life I lost weight and kept it off.
And I didn't count calories...
